If you’re having trouble logging in or accessing ABCmouse English, it could be an issue with one of the following:
Invalid Login Credentials
Are you getting an error message that states “The email address or password you have entered is incorrect.” when you try to log in? If so, it means that you’re entering an email address and/or password that is not in our system.
Autofill
If your device has the autofill feature entering in your email, try typing it in instead. It's likely that there is a space after your email address is automatically filled in by your device, which you can't see.
To resolve this, make sure to press the Backspace or Delete key several times to ensure the field box is completely empty and then re-enter your email address without using the autofill option.
Password
If you forgot your password, try resetting it. Don’t forget to check your junk/spam folders if you’re not seeing an email in your inbox after 15 minutes. If you don’t receive the password reset, it’s possible that your account is linked to a different email address.
Email Address
Not sure which email address you should use to log in? Try resetting your password with the email you think is associated with your account. If the email is not in our system, a message will appear letting you know there isn’t an account associated with the email you entered.
If you still do not know the email used to log in to ABCmouse English after trying alternate email addresses, please create a new account.
Other Errors and Loading Issues
If you’re unable to bypass the login screen because of technical issues, like an unresponsive page or general error message, working through some basic troubleshooting steps may help. Try these:
- Force close ABCmouse English.
- Check for app or system updates.
- Reinstall the app.
