How do I log in and out of ABCmouse?

Once you’ve signed up for your free ABCmouse membership, you can then log in so your child can start learning. These steps will vary depending on the device you’re using, so please read the instructions for mobile phones and tablets or desktop computers below for more details.

Smartphones and Tablets

Logging In
Ready to log in? Follow the steps below to log in:

1. Download the ABCmouse app from your app store.
2. Once installed, open the ABCmouse app.
3. Select Log In on the Welcome page.
4. Enter your email address and password, and then tap Log In.

Logging Out
Ready to log out? Follow these steps below to log out:

1. Open the ABCmouse app.
2. Select the Gear icon at the top of your child’s Homepage.
3. Select the Lock button to log out. 

Desktop or Laptop computers

Logging In
To use ABCmouse on your computer, you can log in by following the steps below:

1. Visit ABCmouse.com from a supported web browser.
2. Click the Log In button in the top-right corner of the Welcome page.
   
3. Enter your email address and password, and then click Log In.

Logging Out
If you’d like to log out after your session, follow these steps below:

1. Select the Gear icon at the top of your child’s Homepage.
2. Select the Lock button to log out.
